TEMPLE TERRACE, Fla. — Florida College opened the 2025 volleyball season with a sweep over Trinity College on Thursday night, winning 25-17, 25-15, and 25-12.
Raquel Teixeira led the Falcons with 10 kills, while Cassidy Lee added eight kills and four service aces. Florida College dominated at the service line with 12 aces, highlighted by four from Margarida Almeida and three from Oliwia Malinowska.
Setter play was steady, with Catrina Garcia recording 14 assists and Taina de Lima Nunes adding 12. Lee also contributed four blocks, helping the Falcons control the net.
