MOUNT VERNON, Ga. — The Falcons dropped a road matchup to Brewton-Parker on Friday night, falling 93–66 in Mount Vernon.
The Falcons opened the first half with strong scoring, putting up 43 points and taking a 43–40 lead into the break. Brewton-Parker responded with a 53-point second half to pull away.
The Falcons were led by Tate Truby, who came off the bench to score 18 points on 5-of-9 shooting, including four three-pointers. Malik Beauford added 14 points, while Sam Massaquoi finished with 9 points, 2 steals, and 3 assists. Aiden Wall contributed 7 points and 4 rebounds.
In the paint, Gordon Magok tallied 8 points and a team-high 7 rebounds, and Kenny White Jr. recorded 5 points and 5 boards. Chris Fetuga scored 2 points and knocked down both of his free throws.
