OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. — October 25, 2025 — The Florida College men’s basketball team fell 88–67 to Mid-America Christian University on Saturday night, wrapping up a tough two-game road trip to start the season.

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. — October 25, 2025 — The Florida College men's basketball team fell 88–67 to Mid-America Christian University on Saturday night, wrapping up a tough two-game road trip to start the season.
Junior guard Malik Beauford once again led the Falcons in scoring, finishing with 18 points on 7-for-17 shooting, while also adding four rebounds and two steals. Gordon Magok contributed a solid performance in the paint with 10 points and seven rebounds, and Aiden Wall added 7 points and a team-high 6 rebounds.
Off the bench, Tate Truby provided a spark, going 2-for-3 from beyond the arc to total 7 points, while Sam Massaquoi chipped in 7 points and 3 assists.
Despite the offensive effort, the Falcons couldn't keep pace with the Evangels' efficient shooting. Mid-America Christian hit 50% from the field and 31% from three, while holding Florida College to 33% overall and 22.9% from deep. The Evangels also won the rebounding battle 43–31 and outscored the Falcons 51–43 in the second half to pull away.
