MIAMI, Fla. - The Florida College men's soccer team was defeated by the #13 Conquistadors 4-0 on Thursday.
Florida National dominated Ted Hendricks Stadium in the first half with three goals on 12 shots. Conquistadors Pedro Navarro, Bautista Dominguez, and Vinicius Mallmann each scored a goal in the first half followed by Leonardo Osorio with the final goal of the game in the second half. The Falcons were only able to attempt one shot in the first half, and six in the entire match.
Goalkeeper Markus Sundin had six saves on 10 shots on goal compared to Florida National's Juan Manuel Fermoselle, who had one save on one shot on goal by Leo Hackett.
This loss puts the Falcons at a 3-5 overall record and 1-1 conference record.
