Phillips Signs with Florida College

Phillips, a 6'7 forward, played this season for Clark Community College in Vancouver, Washington. He is originally from Sedalia, Colorado. For Clark, Phillips led the team in scoring with 16.5 points per game. He averaged 7 rebounds per game and shot 52.7% from the field. He had a season-high of 29 points on 13-for-15 shooting at Centralia on December 30, 2023.
Prior to Clark, Phillips spent two years at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. He redshirted the 2021-22 season. In 2022-23 he played in 23 games for UCCS. He scored 63 points to average 2.7 per game and tallied 34 rebounds and 12 assists. He shot 40.7% from the field and scored a season-high nine points, shooting two-for-two from beyond the arc, against Black Hills State on December 3, 2022.
"Keegan fills a big need for us," said Head Coach Chase Teichmann. "He is a tremendous student and brings length, athleticism, experience, and production to the forward spot for us. We can't wait for him to get down to Tampa."
Keegan is the son of Anne Martin and Jeffery Phillips.
