Falcons Stumble at Bethel
MCKENZIE, Tenn. - The Florida College Falcons dropped one to the 20th ranked Bethel Wildcats 80-69.
The Falcons dug themselves into a pretty big hole in the first half. They trailed 19-2 nine minutes into the ball game. They trailed 41-22 at the half, after committing 18 turnovers.
The won the second half and ended up trimming the deficit to 7, but ultimately couldn't do enough to win the game.
FC was led in scoring by Jacob Roark (18 points). Kent Hegarty (14 points) and Stefan Nakic-Vojnovic (13 points) were also in double-figures for the Falcons.
FC hits the road to take on the Toppers from Blue Mountain College on Saturday.
