Sarah Singler completed eight seasons with Florida College Athletics, including six years as a full-time staff member, progressing through various operational and leadership roles.

She began her involvement with Florida College as the women’s basketball team manager and statistician during her junior and senior years. In this role, she managed statistical data and assisted with team operations. Subsequently, she was promoted to Director of Basketball Operations, where she was responsible for coordinating travel logistics for both the men’s and women’s basketball teams, in addition to managing team statistics and day-to-day operations.

In 2019, Singler graduated from Florida College with a bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies, with a focus on Biblical Studies, Communication, and Behavioral Science. Following graduation, she was appointed Director of Game Day Operations. Her duties included coordinating travel for multiple sports programs, managing game day staff, organizing event logistics, and compiling statistics for the volleyball, basketball, and soccer teams. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she was involved in implementing health and safety protocols and managing schedule adjustments to comply with evolving guidelines.

In her role as Sports Information Director, Singler managed media relations and communications for all athletic teams. She coordinated team travel, led content creation for social media platforms, and worked closely with mass media interns to expand the department’s digital presence across TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. Additionally, she oversaw the transition from the SIDHelp platform to PrestoSports and compiled and archived a decade’s worth of athletic records.

In March 2023, Singler earned a master's degree in Sport Management from Louisiana State University, enhancing her knowledge in sports administration and leadership. She was later promoted to Assistant Athletic Director, where she supported strategic planning and operations while maintaining her responsibilities in sports information and event management.

In July 2024, Singler received the Charles Morris Administrator of the Year Award from the Continental Athletic Conference in recognition of her contributions to collegiate athletics administration. The following month, she was appointed Interim Athletic Director at Florida College, becoming the youngest and first female to serve in the role. She also served as the school's NAIA Senior Woman Leader.

During her tenure, she oversaw the hosting of multiple conference championships and national tournaments, including coordinating logistics and serving as Host SID and Tournament Director for CAC Championship events.
