Matthew Evans has coached at Florida College for three full soccer seasons, and has amassed an overall win-loss record of 26-17 with one national championship tournament berth.

In 2010, Evans took over a program that had won just one game in its previous two seasons. In his first season at the helm, the team finished 6-6. The following year, the Falcons finished 10-3 in the 2011 regular season and earned an invitation to the USCAA national tournament as the #3 seed. The team won easily won their first game at the tournament 3-0 before losing in the semifinal 1-0 to the #2 seed.

With a strong recruiting class and a core of established veterans, Matthew Evans is optimistic about the 2013 season.
