Coach Saif Alsafeer was a four-year starter and captain of the Falcons (’09-’12) and played semi-professionally with the Tampa Bay Marauders football club.

Coach Alsafeer is now entering his third year as head coach at Florida College. Under Alsafeer, the Falcons obtained a record of 13W-5L in the 2015-2016 season which is a program best. Additionally, in the 15-16 season, the Falcons set two other new records with a home record of 8W-1L and a 10-game winning streak, besting their previous record of a seven-game winning streak set last year. All this culminated in a final-four finish at the USCAA National Championship Tournament in the 15-16 season. Alsafeer anticipates an even stronger year in the 2016-2017 season. Alsafeer is assisted by David Castillo, Josiah Jones and Jonathan Smith.
