Parimore began the volleyball program at Florida College in 1998 when she took a group of standouts in her volleyball class and enrolled them in a women's league at the Temple Terrace Recreation Center. The following year the team graduated from club status to become not only Florida College's first intercollegiate volleyball team but also the first women's intercollegiate team. Since 1999, Parimore has led her team to 18 straight national tournament appearances. Her teams have captured 11 USCAA national tournament championship titles, the most recent being in 2016. Additionally, she has coached 16 USCAA All Americans and she has been awarded USCAA Coach of the Year 3 times. She has a career record of 436-192 (.694)
Parimore is originally from Birmingham, Alabama. She played for University of North Alabama. She has her Bachelors and Master's degrees from USF. She and her family reside in Temple Terrace. She is married to Bob Parimore (FC 1985). They have three children: Rachel (FC 2009), Austin (FC 2013), and Ally (FC 2017)

Jessie Tharp enters her first season as assistant coach for the Falcons. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Tharp played three years for FC volleyball (2014-2016). She was part of three Volleyball National Champion Teams (2014, 2015, 2016). Tharp excelled in the classroom as well, being a three time Academic All-American.
Her younger sister is Rachel Tharp (senior, #16). Jessie plans to go to Physician's Assistant School.
